
MEET CHEF ANDREA
Andrea began his career in Europe working in over 27 restaurants before opening his own restaurant in Barbaresco, Italy, where he earned a Michelin star for 10 of the 15 years that he was open. He originally is from Piemonte in Italy and grew up learning family recipes and techniques from his grandmother before attending culinary school. He moved to the United States 10 years ago, got married, and started a family. He moved to Sonoma to continue his private chef and catering business and start an artisan food business. Andrea's passion is cooking and it shows in the food he creates. Everything Andrea makes is from scratch including all of the pastas and focaccia. He focuses on using the best local produce and products to enhance the flavor of the food and experience for his clients.

Custom suggestions and menus welcomed. Pricing starts at $120 per person for my four course menus and increases depending on the ingredients/time needed to prepare/time of the year/holidays. Custom menus will be priced individually. Clean up included. Server fee is additional and starts at $100 depending on party size/number of courses/travel/holidays. Up to 25 people max. Minimum one week notice.
